Benefits of Wright Management: Unless you are a new development you do not look for other alternatives if you are happy. If you are looking you most definitely have management issues but what you may not know is more often or not we find issues in accounting, property expenses and many others that all lead to better ways to run your Association. We work hard for you and its not unlikely that we will find ways to cover some of our management fee.
The most recent example is two properties we were hired on in 2011 75% - 95% of the annual management fee was covered by the issues uncovered . All by monitoring the bills, calling delinquent account holders and paying attention while inspecting the property and paying bills.
