We believe that developers should provide their future clients the most accurate budget as possible that reflects real expenses to insure the financial success of the Association. We have a strong knowledge of association documents and have proven a valuable resource to everyone that uses our services. We want to keep working with the association after the turn over so we make sure everything is done correctly. Our allegiance lies with the association not the developer. We do not work for developers that want to show their buyers the cheapest HOA fees as possible just to make a sale. The developers that want to sell real communities to families and actually care about their product are the ones we work for. We charge by the hour for our actual time spent. The initial budget development and other preliminary services are billed to the developer, after that we bill the association for our time processing checks, reconciling bank statements, copies, postage etc.
